Off bright and early to Hickman's to check out the axle problems. Yep, a bent axle and poor alignment as well. Here we see Nick, the master craftsman, putting all those problems to rest. He and Tom were quite a team. They also fixed the rear stabilizers I had bent on an earlier goof up and corrected "toe" and "camber" problems. They figure my fuel mileage should improve now that I'm not plowing thru asphalt anymore. Time will tell.

From there directly to Mr. Goodyear for a pair of what are thought by some to be the finest trailer tires one can have, Unisteel G614 RST. They are a mighty fine looking tire, far superior to the Chineese junk just removed.

Well, after watching these guys work hard all day Kathy and I had worked up quite an appetite, so it was off to Cracker Barrel for a hearty lunch. We managed to get back home after a great lunch and put our feet up for a well earned rest.
